Our Memberships

We recognise that each of our members have different needs and there is no ‘one size fits all’ package of support for our Green at Heart Award Scheme. We aim to tailor our support as much as possible to meet the needs of each member and will always discuss with you your individual requirements to determine which of our mentoring packages best suits you.

We will carry out a free 60-minute consultation (on site or via video call – depending on location) to determine your requirements before you embark on your Green at Heart journey with us.

The Scheme follows a comprehensive Plan, Do, Check, Act approach to implementing an Environmental Management System in your business and is awarded as a Bronze, Silver or Gold level. Your business will be actively encouraged to progress through the levels at a pace you are comfortable with.

Once you’ve joined, your business will receive:

• A comprehensive manual to guide you through the Green at Heart Award Scheme requirements as well as templates for necessary documentation.
• Your assessor will advise you of the essential and optional criteria and what is required for your audit. We will also arrange a date for this audit to be carried out.

Following the audit your business will receive:

• A certificate for the achieved level as well as the Green at Heart logo for that level, to use on marketing and promotional materials.
• A detailed audit report outlining your company’s achieved scores in each area and opportunities for improvement/next level progression.

 

Regardless of Award Scheme level, all members are entitled to free telephone support from your assessor as well as receiving the quarterly Green at Heart Newsletter.
